Our Refund Policy
At Keepsy Box, we operate as creative agents, meaning that all items are sold on behalf of independent stockists. Because of this, the money taken from each sale belongs to the individual maker, so we are unable to offer refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty. Customers have seven days to return eligible items and must provide a valid receipt at the time of return.
For hygiene and care reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or body jewellery, nor can we accept returns on clothing or any other wearable items, including hats, scarves, and accessories. We also cannot issue refunds or exchanges on products that have been worn, opened, or used. If an item is damaged or faulty, please bring it back within seven days with your receipt, and we will assess the issue and arrange a refund in line with the stockist’s policy.
Our Breakages Policy
We want everyone to enjoy browsing our shop and discovering all the lovely items we have on offer. Many of our products are handmade, delicate, or one-of-a-kind, so we kindly ask that you handle them with care. If an item is accidentally damaged or broken while in your care, we may ask that it is purchased. We completely understand that accidents happen, and our team will always approach these situations with fairness and understanding.
